Are you tired of mission statements that are so lofty and contrived they sound like a pharmaceutical disclaimer, values statements that are so ‘me too’ they make you feel dirty, or vision statements so mundane they fail to make you want to get out of bed in the morning?
These kind of Mission–Vision–Value exercises are a thing of the past. It’s time to move on and create meaningful statements that have real value for your business and resonate with funders, target markets and potential employees.
Don’t fall into the typical Mission–Vision–Values trap. We’ll define a new way of looking at the benefits and differentiators you bring to the table. We’ll work through a new method of defining your purpose, your performance and your impact into a passion statement designed to keep you engaged and keep others enthused.
You will engineer a Passion Statement by clearly defining:
- This is who we are
- This is how we think
- This is how we perform
- This is how we impact the world
