At many points during the life cycle of a business, owners must consider two critical issues:
1. Are we creating a valuable enterprise?
2. How do we access the value that we have created?
Unfortunately, many business owners have misconceptions regarding what constitutes a valuable enterprise, how that value is created and the process through which owners have the best options to realize that value.
This session addresses these issues and offers strategies that business owners and their advisors can implement in order to create and, ultimately, realize the value of the business as they scale and grow.
