Chandler Innovations has developed a robust network of entrepreneurs, investors, c-suite executives and subject matter experts interested in sharing their time and expertise to support the next generation of entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their new businesses. We use two models of mentorship at CI: long-term strategic mentors and short-term technical advisors. Our mentors and advisors work in conjunction with our one-on-one coaches to support each of our clients. Specifically,
- Long-term strategic mentors support an entrepreneur for at least a year; meeting every 4-6 weeks on average to provide high-level strategic oversight and directly support the entrepreneur in building and growing their business.
- Short-term technical advisors agree to support an entrepreneur for a specific project, for example, developing financial statements or a sales strategy. This may take anywhere from 1-4 meetings over the course of 1-3 months.
